Epassi Group continues its rapid European expansion by acquiring Belonio, a leading German all-in-one employee benefit platform provider. The move further strengthens Epassi’s presence in Germany, enables to consolidate its local operations into a unified multi-benefit offering, and marks the introduction of the Epassi brand in Germany in 2026.
Bremen, Germany – September 15, 2025 – Epassi Group, a European leader in digital employee benefits technology, has acquired Belonio (www.belonio.de), a leading digital multi-benefit provider in Germany. The acquisition reinforces Epassi’s commitment to becoming the leading European tech platform for the strategic HR & benefits ecosystem.
With Belonio joining Epassi’s German operations, the company will merge its existing services in the market into a comprehensive multi-benefit SaaS offering. This integration will enable Epassi to better serve employers and employees across Germany with an enriched and seamless range of services that covers the full spectrum of employee benefits, wellbeing, engagement, and communication.
Epassi Group also plans to launch the Epassi brand in Germany in 2026, building on Belonio’s multi-benefit platform. This step will unite all of Epassi’s current German offering under one brand and one-stop-shop, providing clarity, scalability, and greater value to clients and partners across the region.
