At Epassi, people are at the heart of everything we do.
When you apply, a member of our Talent Acquisition team personally reviews your submission. We look beyond skills and experience to see the person behind the application. If your profile fits, we'll reach out to invite you to the next stage.
The process starts with a video or phone chat with our Talent Acquisition team. It's a chance to talk about you, the role, and your background.
Our interview process usually has 2-3 stages and includes meeting the hiring manager and future colleagues. This is your opportunity to learn about Epassi and our culture, while we get to know you better.
