What do you do at work?

I’m business controller and I support Epassi and BU Finland in finance topics. Those include eg. development of financial and other KPI’s reporting, improving finance processes and enabling better ways to steer the company.

What do you do to give the day a little twist?

It is always rewarding to achieve and finalize something. But especially when co-operating with colleagues in topics that have taken more time and effort to get there.

What do you think is characteristic of Epassi as a company?

Helpful people, no silos, strong drive forward. Sometimes a bit chaos, but great attitude to handle and deal with that.
