I’m a person who enjoys being in the nature, travel and learn about new cultures. Every time I travel, I never go to the most tourist heavy places, I try instead to find the most genuine place to experience the real culture.
Depends on when and where. But when I feel a bit dull, I always turn to music to cheer me up. Having also a great talk with my colleagues at breaks gives me even more motivation and good vibes.
I’m a People Operations Specialist. My main focus is to create a great company culture. Work with employer brand, system implementations, and of course yearly processes. Make sure that the company thrives by having a great team that really believes in the Epassi cause and drive change.
Epassi as a company is good acknowledging the great things in the company such as our great benefits, the company culture etc. But is also great acknowledging the things that we need to improve as a company. I think it’s a great quality to be able to see the challenges we have and address them. That’s what makes a great employer!
We have a great deal of fun. We always try to be an example on the well-being area. We try to gather everyone in each country once a year, we have a good cross colaboration in between the different sites. And the absolute best part is the people. We have so many great people that you can get your daily boost of inspiration from!
Oh, well for a starter by having a good working environment which is very important. I use all my wellness benefit in sports and massages. I also spend a lot of time in nature to relax and playing with my dogs.
