People Operations Specialist

As a People Operations Specialist you will be helping us to build and maintain scalable People Operation processes and services. As we have been growing rapidly there is a lot to develop! You will be joining a People & Culture team consisting of professionals in all our three countries.

Main responsibilities:

  • Development and support global implementation of our key people processes and services (e.g. on/off boarding, salary review, employee surveys, employee development, wellbeing)
  • Provide day-to-day support to our employees in people related matters and queries
  • Manage external supplier relationships and coordinate services such as employment benefits and health care
  • Maintain HR systems, manage our master data quality and reporting
  • Prepare employment documents, develop policies and practices that support our personnel

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Previous experience in People operations work in an international environment and a vision of how good looks like
  • Good project management skills
  • Self-directing and pro-active attitude
  • Willingness to learn, develop and take on new responsibilities
  • Professional English and Finnish, Swedish skills are an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
